Event concept
A family halloween event where children are encouraged to dress up and parade through town with their face painted. Titan the Robot made a special appearance, and did a short performance.
Responsibilities
In preparation for the Zombie Crawl event, I faciliated the adminstration for 2 days.
A simple certificate was made using Microsoft Word, which was to be given to the children who won the competition. I also researched a couple of things related to and outside of the event, such as locating other venues in town that were hosting a Halloween event on the same day.
Utilising my Adobe skills, I also helped design a Christmas poster for the upcoming event in December.
It was not easy to manage a big crowd of people and ensure their safety. Proper guidance and instructions were required to avoid any mishap.
