Event concept

A Norwegian themed celebration was held to acknowledge its significance to locals as the national day and to educate foreign students of Norway's culture and tradition.

The event consisted of homemade norwegian food, pop quiz, music and traditional games.

Responsibilities

I was responsible of leading a team of 8 people in this event. We were split into groups to carry out respective tasks, which included:

prepping of food
facilitating games
creating the music playlist
advertising
decorations

Whilst maintaining constant communication with the team, I assisted in the prepping of food, creating the playlist and setup of the venue.

Being the team leader, I oversaw the entire operation to guarantee a smooth delivery of the event.
